I released an album this year titled "Symmetry." Somehow in the coding of the album, the first song on the album, "Echo," got labeled as "explicit" on Spotify, Pandora, and probably everywhere else. This album is an all solo guitar album with no lyrics so I'm not sure how the song or the album could be labeled as "explicit." I'm a pretty good guitar player, but I'm not good enough to make a song "explicit" with just notes on the guitar and no lyrics.
At first I thought it was kind of funny to see that explicit label on an album of solo guitar work, but now I just find it annoying. I've had numerous tech. support calls on this issue and no one can seem to get it fixed. Every tech. I've talked to about this understands that a song without lyrics can't be explicit, but no one can seem to get this fixed.
So, for anyone who's noticed this or been curious about it, there are no hidden messages or backwards messages on the song "Echo." I wouldn't even know how to do that. There is nothing explicit about the song or the album. It's a mistake that I don't seem to be able to get corrected. I just needed to put that out there.
